02

Adjust the plan

The right work is added to a recoverable week—not dumped into one exhausting session.

03

Prove it worked

Your body map and performance trends move from needs attention to building to on target.

Muscle balance

See exactly where your plan is working.

A precise body map turns weekly training volume into something instantly understandable. Spot undertrained calves, rear delts, hamstrings—or any other area—before months disappear.

Is Adapt Fitness an AI workout planner?

Adapt Fitness uses a structured training system to personalize and adjust workouts from your goals, schedule, equipment, completed sessions and recovery context. AI-assisted features can make data import and plan interaction faster, while important training changes remain visible and explainable.

Is it only for advanced lifters?

No. Beginners receive conservative starting targets and calibration sessions. Experienced lifters can track exact lift goals, weak points, weekly muscle volume and progressive overload.

Can it make home or travel workouts?

Yes. Choose full gym, dumbbells, resistance bands or bodyweight. Adapt Fitness replaces exercises while preserving the muscle and movement intent of the session.

Does it use Apple Watch or Garmin data?

Adapt Fitness reads data you permit through Apple Health. Apple Watch writes directly to Apple Health; supported Garmin metrics can flow through when Garmin Connect shares them. Availability depends on the wearable and permissions you enable.

Does it replace a doctor or physiotherapist?

No. Adapt Fitness is a fitness planning and logging tool, not medical advice. Pain is treated as a stop signal, and injuries or health concerns should be assessed by a qualified professional.
